Matthew DeArmey
Matthew DeArmey is a Trial Lawyer with More Than 20 Years of Legal Experience
Matt’s unique background offers him the perspective to identify opportunities that are not readily apparent to other attorneys. That is why other firms regularly retain him as associate counsel to handle litigation matters. Many of his cases involve complex financial and legal issues, including those where domestic violence allegations have caused an interplay between the family law court and a criminal proceeding.

Sandy Shapiro
Having served as a judicial law clerk and as a practicing attorney, Sandy has a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.
Over the course of nearly ten years, she drafted hundreds of opinions addressing a variety of issues of both federal and state law. Sandy was in private practice for several years in Michigan and in California, with a focus on business litigation and homeowner association law.
Marie Braun
Marie I. Braun is an Attorney with Over 22 Years of Experience in Family Law.
In 1995, after practicing general civil litigation, Ms. Braun turned the focus of her legal career to family law and in 2011 Ms. Braun became a Certified Family Law Specialist.
Her passions lead her to family law because of her strong belief in helping her clients and their families toward a better future. As a child of divorce, she later realized that her own parents handled their divorce with class and dignity; putting the needs of their children first. She encourages her clients to do the same. Although, when this approach sometimes fails, she is beyond prepared to litigate to the fullest extent.
